Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Each plan is a monthly subscription billed in US dollars. You're charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time using the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@cleaningl.com from your account email. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in some cases. You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you haven't unlocked any leads, and billing errors are always refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I subscribe to both plans?
Yes. The plans are independent, so you can have Leads Access, Featured Listing, or both.
