We do not allow any objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Offensive, sexually explicit, or violent material
• Spam, scams, or misleading information
• Fake, fraudulent, or harmful business listings
• Content that violates laws or the rights of others

Any user who posts such content may have their account suspended or permanently removed.

2.User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• You are responsible for all content you upload.
• You agree not to upload copyrighted or third-party material without permission.

3.Content Moderation

• All content may be reviewed and moderated.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms.
• Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours.

4.Reporting & Blocking

• Users can report objectionable content.
• Users can block others to avoid unwanted contact.
• Our team will take appropriate action, including removing content or banning users.

5.Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users violate these terms.

6.Privacy & Data

We collect basic information (name, email, location, optional business details) to provide services.

7.Subscriptions & Billing

Cleaning businesses can buy optional paid subscriptions (Leads Access and Featured Listing).

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Posting a cleaning request as a customer is free.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.
